These HDR images are mostly enhanced with Dynamic Photo HDR from mediachance.com. Some will have been processed using QTPFSGUI, a community supported HDR application. Almost all of these images were created using a Canon Rebel XT, using AEB (Automatic Exposure Bracketing) at +-2 f-stops.
