Art is therapy for me. It motivates me and helps me in all aspects of my life. My only regret is that I often wish I would have discovered this much earlier. It brings great peace to me when I am painting. I paint with acrylics or oils on canvas and so far my paintings all come from some personnel experience in my life. I often feel like there is so many painting that need to get painted and not nearly enough time, but that just adds to the excitement.
